I am an individual investor who has been investing in the stock market for over 40 years. I routinely utilize leveraged and inverse products to achieve my investment goals and hedge my investment risks. I am fully aware of the way in which these products operate and the risks inherent in utilizing them. My investment strategies would be severely compromised were these products no longer freely available.
You have done enough to try and turn this country into whatever they are paying to too, we know what your doing! Stop playing with peoples lives! Leave us alone!
These products, costly as they are, are the primary way people with individual retirement accounts and other regulated tax-advantaged accounts can hedge and take contrary positions in these markets. Please dont exclude us from trading these products, especially now.
It is important to me that the ability to trade and invest in all public funds, and that ability not be infringed upon by regulators
I am competent and understand the complexity and associated risks trading in leveraged and inverse funds and should not require any specialized training or special access permissions. I do not want my ability to invest in these funds to be limited in any manner.
Stay out of our investments
I oppose any and all restrictions to my right to freely invest. I am an experienced investor and understand the risks I'm taking. Leveraged and inverse funds are not dangerous is you use them responsibly.
Leveraged and inverse funds are integral to my investment strategy, and I dont need regulators interfering with my investment choices.
This is obviously bias and against every American who chooses to invest for their future or retirement. Investing cannot only be for the wealthiest people. Our true freedoms would be a complete falsehood. A bank savings account is a joke in American banking system!!
if these products are restricted to ordinary investors it is just one less tool we have in our tool kit against bigger firms. give the power to the little people.
