Why is the Government taking away my rights!

Individuals not regulators should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. I should not have to go through special reviews of processes to invest in public securities, such as leveraged and inverse funds. Please do not cut out the ability of the individual to have to same access and investing options available to "high net worth" or investment institutions.

I want the choice to invest my money however I see fit.

Free market, let us buy what we want

PLEASE LET US maintain your current FREEDOM to invest in public securities of my choosing!!

Don't touch my freedom to invest in whatever I choose.

I have known the Leveraged ETFs' risk and invest in those ETFs by my own decision and risk. Don't make limit to buy or sell that options.

This can not happen in a free democracy. People should have the unalienable right to make decisions for themselves

You are our representatives in Congress and the house, in the state, etc. Please do not tie your constituents hands on me should they decide to invest their money as they see fit. This is blatant government overreach. Its time this stops.
