I OPPOSE RESTRICTIONS TO MY RIGHT TO INVEST

I object strongly to the proposed regulations that would restrict my ability to invest in inverse funds. I am fully aware of the risks associated with such funds, and invest in them to reduce the risks associated with "long" stock and bond funds. My investment in an inverse fund is only a small fraction of my net worth, but my ability to invest at the time of my choosing -- and in the amount of my choosing -- is critical to the long-term performance of my portfolio.

The world need this service to remove them would be the most corrupt thing to do and there will be consequences. Long live leverage (tqqq,sqqq,qid,qld,UVXy boil gush drip dust etc)

I disagree with this regulation by making a high net worth means test you are cutting off average investors like myself - a schoolteacher - from investing in a product that if your regulation goes through, will only be available for already wealthy investors.

I have leveraged and inverse funds for 30 years and don't see any need to regulate them

Please do not limit my investment, potential government intervention will ultimately reduce the performance of my investment.

There is no need for regulators to dictate what investment products I use. Investors have the right to make that decision on their own.

I should be able to invest my money where I want. I understand the risk/reward ratio and play safe. I should not be penalized for others who cannot manage their risk and are vulnerable
