Garrett Culbertson Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

It is my right to be able to purchase whatever financial assets I choose. My lack of money should not prevent me from participating in the same market as institutional investors. Institutional investors already face minimal regulation and are free to do whatever they would like, while retail investors are banned from day trading. Payment for order flow makes the issue even worse as only big players are even able to freely trade whatever stock and asset classes they choose.

Richard Vesnic Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

This is a crucial piece of our investment strategy. I do not believe that it is the governments decision to tell me what I can or cannot purchase for my familys investment goals when it is an available security that is on a major domestic exchange. Please reconsider and allow tradable securities to be invested without imposing restrictions on select individuals. Its no different than restricting the S&P 500, which should never happen either.

Rachel Godwin Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

I should be able to choose the public
investments that are right for myself.
Public investments should be available to the public,
I enjoy investing.
I also believe in freedom.
Government control and overseeing every move is not only unfair It's criminal.
Stop tightly the noose without consent.
I don't consent.
I refuse to lose all freedoms over my own person.
Illegal immigrants have more rights and aid than most Americans.
