Leave My Investments alone!
DO NOT VITE FOR MY RIGHT TO CHOSE ON MY OWN.
I am a us citizen, I have my right to invest all ETF in my country.
America is a "REPUBLIC" lets stay "FREE"...
I understand the risks and benefits associated with leveraged ETFs and they are a part of my overall investing strategy.
Not being able to continue to implement them in my investment policy would be a detriment to my financial success. Please do not impose harmful limits on placing/making trades of this nature.
What FINRA is trying to do with these new regulations for investment is Absolutely Wrong! This targets & hammers the small investors or the Blue collar working man, this is a form of economic privilege not economic equality! This is economic Dicrimination at its Stupidest Form!
All I hear is consistent preaching and claims from Gary Gensler and the SEC That their primary objective is to protect me as a retail investor. Well let me say, since cryptocurrency has been in the crosshairs of Gary Gensler and the SEC, I do not feel protected as a retail investor! I feel attacked because of my choice of investment! All these moves and policies that the SEC aims to enforce threatens the growth of my investments, it most certainly does not protect them! I do understand and realize that as with any investment, there is risk.
Hello, please do not limit the ability to use these funds to only rich. It is already unfair that they have so many advantages in the market place. I have been using leveraged ETFs for over 10 years and I do not see how you can disallow them but allow rich to invest in futures, swaps and other much more risky products. Thank you for your consideration.
I and not regulators should be able to choose the public
investments that are right for you and your family.
Public investments should be available to all of the public,
not just the privileged.
