I strongly oppose losing my rights to trade leveraged or complex funds. Investing should come with a level playing field and net worth should not dictate ones ability to invest.

I understand that large investors may feel threatened by retail investors having access to markets, however, markets endogenously represent consumer demand and consumers should have the right to participate in the markets they fuel.

I am an individual investor who has invested for several years in a variety of securities, mutual funds and ETF's, including leveraged and inverse funds. My brokerage firm already requires me to confirm that I have read various warnings about and understand the risks of these investment vehicles. I consider them a USEFUL and CONVENIENT investment tool in a whole toolbox of investment options.

I oppose restrictions to my right to invest. I should be able to choose the public investments, that are right for me and my family. Public investments suould be available to all of the public,not just the privileged. I shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before I can invest in public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds.because I am well aware of the risks of leverage and inverse. so, I use 5~10% inverse and 10~25 leverage of my portfolio. Especially during a bear market like this year, Inverse is protecting my investment.

I would like to reserve my rights to freely invest my own money without any limitations form regulators.

Our investments have been individually designed by each investor over decades. You must not restrict or alter the way we conduct our business. We need freedom, not rules to constrict us. LEAVE OUR INVESTMENTS ALONE!

Dont prohibit the leverage etf trading, or inverse etf. We have the right to trade the product we want

It is my own free to buy public investments. It should be available to all of the public

Please do NOT restrict the use of leveraged ETFs in ANY way. Just this proposal is outrageous: You think only rich and privileged people understand risk? How condescending is that? Leveraged ETFs are the only way for middle class investors to have a decent shot of moving out of the middle class as we aim to become financially independent. Almost all retail investors understand the risk and volatility involved in these ETFs; we still want to invest in these leveraged products (especially leveraged bull market products) only because this is our only chance to become financially independent.

This is my absolute support for the fact that I, not the government, will decide public investments right for me!

Comments: As a small investor, I have found the Leveraged EFTs to be an excellent investment. I have invested in these EFTs since 2014. The price value of the funds have performed exactly as they were intended. Although I currently do not own any of these funds, I would like to be able to purchase them again when market conditions improve.
