There are already many regulatory safeguards in place. This is an unneeded and damaging addition.

It's time that government respect the rights of the people to determine the course of their financial affairs. To be ignorant of cryptocurrency, via block chain technology is the fault of no one else but lazy politicians. The banks are just as spiteful due the fact that decentralized peer to peer access and accounts is the best challenge to a stagnant centralized banking system. Value is being defined a lot differently in terms of utility. PEACE

We have the right to invest our money. We should have the write and freedom to invest just like the large investors do. No restrictions no dark pool after close trading.

I am thoroughly disgusted with those in powerful positions who believe they are above the law and subject to more rights and privileges than the rest of Americans! We each have the right to life, liberty, & the pursuit of happiness without subjugation. Therefore, every American who earns their own income should be free to determine where they want to invest their assets. Our government and those who are in positions of leadership in any capacity needs to protect all individual rights and stop trampling on them!
