Charles Layne Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

I oppose the various impositions and restrictions on my ability to invest that are being proposed in Regulatory Notice #22-08.
(1) I am particularly concerned that the application of the term "complex" is not well-defined or specified in this notice and may grow to include anything that FINRA considers on its own volition as being too "complex" for whoever they consider incapable of understanding them.

First of all, thank you for letting me know about this. I know enough about leveraged and inverse funds and am constantly dealing with their risks. And I am constantly striving to acquire for a lot of knowledge and information. Therefore, I oppose any restrictions or other testing measures on my investment rights. Currently, the leveraged stocks I focus on invest in because they are made up of some of the greatest and best companies in the US as well as in the world. Of course, it is quite natural for me to restructure my portfolio much more safely once I reach my target return.

Benjamin Dittbrenner Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

Dear FINRA,
I'm writing to express my strong opposition to any regulations that limit my ability to choose and manage my investments. I am a regular, individual investor and I use leveraged investments regularly. They have helped me secure my nest egg for retirement and I would be greatly disadvantaged without them. Please do not limit investor's choices. I submit my strong opposition to any regulations that limit these types of investment options.
