Be Fairley everyone invest
I oppose the various impositions and restrictions on my ability to invest that are being proposed in Regulatory Notice #22-08.
(1) I am particularly concerned that the application of the term "complex" is not well-defined or specified in this notice and may grow to include anything that FINRA considers on its own volition as being too "complex" for whoever they consider incapable of understanding them.
Strongly opposed to proposed regulations.
Please do not interfere with my right to invest.
The public is capable of doing their own research. There is plenty of information in the prospectus for people to make their own decisions.
You are trying to eliminate a way for everyone to attempt to take advantage of large swings in the markets. Leaving the opportunity for only large and very sophisticated investors. Although you should be sophisticated if you are investing in these funds, you may not want to take the time to replicate the options &/or futures involved with the fund.
First of all, thank you for letting me know about this. I know enough about leveraged and inverse funds and am constantly dealing with their risks. And I am constantly striving to acquire for a lot of knowledge and information. Therefore, I oppose any restrictions or other testing measures on my investment rights. Currently, the leveraged stocks I focus on invest in because they are made up of some of the greatest and best companies in the US as well as in the world. Of course, it is quite natural for me to restructure my portfolio much more safely once I reach my target return.
Stop trying to control our lives!
Dear FINRA,
I'm writing to express my strong opposition to any regulations that limit my ability to choose and manage my investments. I am a regular, individual investor and I use leveraged investments regularly. They have helped me secure my nest egg for retirement and I would be greatly disadvantaged without them. Please do not limit investor's choices. I submit my strong opposition to any regulations that limit these types of investment options.
The proposed rules are completely ridiculous since the United States is far behind the developed world and any kind of blockchain or cryptocurrency regulation the United States must 1st establish procedural laws and regulations around crypto that provide clear guidance to the citizens on how they can invest in and own cooker occurrences and cooked occurrences depending on the type should not even be text as assets or as property like bitcoin is I have worked in block chance since 2015 and I am more than willing to give any advice on how to move forward with regulation Please reach out but d
