We need less regulation across all segments of government, not more. As long as there is full disclosure on the various investment vehicles, they should be available to all investors, both large or small.
Regulators shouldn't have the right to place restrictions on what we invest in. This limits our ability to make our own investment decisions and create wealth for ourselves. I assume all risk for my own investment decisions.
We do not need a "nanny state". We should have the right to choose what investments are right for us.
Don't restrict my right to invest.
I am aware of the risks involved with leveraged & inverse funds and don't need help from regulators in making responsible investment decisions.
Overregulation of retail investors exacerbates the already huge advantage that large institutions have.
We deserve to be free to make our own investments, dont let them take this away from us.
Its not the governments right to do this.
I oppose to my right to invest.
This proposed regulatory statute is draconian, and unnecessary. Crypto currencies pose far more risk to the uninitiated investor, and they should not be regulated either.
Peace and long life,
