Molly Lynn Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

I deeply oppose restrictions on individuals' right to invest in popular public investments! I'm probably what is considered "middle-income", and a typical job holding American. Public securities such as leveraged and inverse funds can be a very an important part of a person's investment strategy, and I don't need restrictions imposed on me to "protect" me. Just because I, and MANY other Americans, don't have a certain level of income, does NOT inherently make me/us unable to understand how different investment strategies and products work.

I not regulators should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my investment strategies to cope up with market direction and events with measured risk that i take and control and not left to luck or hope in investing. I shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before I can invest in public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds

Please do not help start another revolution. We already feel let down and its building up more than you can believe. We have enough problems. Please dont put restrictions on our right to invest. American rights is for everybody not only the rich. Please do not alienate us or make us an enemy we already have enough enemies in other countries. If you can tell me how putting restrictions on us will benefit America I would be glad to listen but if its just greed like its always the case I will stand with my people and die for it.
