Randi Berkowitz Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

Whether or not I am investing at this time is inconsequential. What is important is my rights under the constitution. You have no right to violate my constitutional rights. To insult my intelligence, is unexceptable. To limit my rights to protect myself and/or my family's livelyhood with financial security is unforgivable and a violation of my rights. We do not live in a society where there is a class structure that forbides people to break through the financial ceiling of the rich and powerful. You do not have the right to limit anyone's access to a better life.

Jeremy Ruesch Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

To whom it may concern:
As both a financial advisor and individual investor, I am concerned that rules proposed by FINRA will limit my access to financial tools that are important to my portfolio and investing strategies. This includes leveraged and inverse funds that I use to increase my exposure and potential for gains without risking additional capital. These products are important tools that allow me to manage risk on my terms.

I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for you and your family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.

I should not need to go through any special process
before I can invest in public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds. I am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks.

Leveraged and inverse funds are a limited part of my portfolio, they play an important role in of investment strategies. They allow me to protect my other investments.

Nevin Aredka Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

I know what I am doing in investing. Government has NO BUSINESS budding into my financial affairs under the guise of 'protecting me'. I should not have to go through special process. You are not my Mom or Dad. I am more informed, MBA PhD than most of your regulators. I have invested in leveraged funds successfully for over 30 years. I do not need government (uneducated) to educate me or protect me. These are the results of appointing Socialist leftist by a socialist leftist government, trying to destroy free enterprise, free choice, work ethics, attempting force everyone into comrades.

Bryce Calton Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

I am requesting that retail investors like myself retain the ability to invest in leverage and inverse funds. These types of funds will continue to exist, why limit them only to affluent investors through professional firms? I utilize these funds to protect and balance my portfolio as a hedge against downturns and also to realize higher ratio returns without having to buy on margin. My Fidelity brokerage account offers plenty of data and information for each of these investments. I know what I am getting myself into.
