Let me freely invest in leveraged products. I am an able investor and freedom is the hallmark of a functioning market.

It is imperative that America maintains a free and open market for investments of all types. Regulations are to insure fairness in the market, not a strangle hold on freedom of choice. It is important for FINRA to publish articles and guidance to those people interested in investing in certain public securities. Education is the fundamental job of government outlining the risks and rewards of certain investment choices. Putting hurdles in the free market under the guise of protecting people from themselves is not the way to go.

Leave it as it is! Stay away from us!!!

Please let investors decide.

I want the option to invest in these products without over-regulation.

All should be able to choose the public investments that are right for themselves and family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. This includes leveraged and inverse funds, and should not be limited in any manner, nor subject to any arbitrary criteria, especially not by non-elected bureaucrats.

Gentlemen: the proposed regulation of US ETFs goes against everything this country stands for. 1) I should be able to choose which investments I invest inNOT by permission of the federal government. 2) I should NOT have to take a test to determine whether or not I can invest money that I have earned myself. 3) ETFs are important to my investment strategies.
Please leave investing to individual citizens.

believe in "Right to Invest". Every individual in the Free world must have the "Right to Invest". Every Financial Tool & Instruments must be available for all not just the handful few.
