Keep all of our choices in America, free from government interference.

Please do not deprive me the right to invest in leveraged and inverse funds. No need to protect me from myself.

Dear FINRA,

Excuse me? Who do you think you are to take away my right to choose the types of securities I invest in? What this regulation is about to exclude the public from promising investment opportunities and limit those only to the privileged. Kudos to all of you regulators for continuing to increase the wealth gap in U.S. America's downfall owes thanks to you.

Faith in markets matters. Our country today sits in many ways at a crossroads. Working people have seen their wage gains eaten away by inflation, while corporate and institutional profits are at record highs. If we live in a free and equal society, working people need equal access to investment products that can give them opportunities for growth which reward diligent research and prudent choices.

most every success story I've ever heard about investing involves somebody picking the stock of a company who's work they want to be part of. No special knowledge, t tricks, equipment or strategy. And, the stern warnings of risk are sufficient and usually heeded. What are you going to test people on, addition and subtraction? No testing is valid in my opinion.

I should be able to choose what I want to invest in without being tested, I do not a regulator telling me what I can and cannot invest in.

I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for myself and my family. I do not believe that I need to take a test or go through any other measure that you have in your mind.I am very capable of making my own choices.

Please don't limit my investment options.
