It's an unfair rule to try to further restrict people's ability to make money and get ahead. Rich and powerful don't want average Joe to prosper. Greedy is the term.

This is separatism at a higher level. Greed and power to make the lower class suffer just because they can. Even if they had it all they would not be happy. You do not need to know everything about anything to invest . This is like the thief with a choke hold on the victim. That is not freedom. Screw them.

What is going on? I am capable of regulating and choosing the public investments that are right for me. PUBLIC! Is this only for the privilege, because this is what it seems to be for when you try to regulate? I do not need to go through some special learning process. I invest I do my research and due diligence. What I do not understand I either educated myself or do not invest. Imposing your restrictions on investors is unacceptable. Whether to invest or not in cryptocurrency funds is a choice the investor makes as a part of their investing strategy. It is my choice to make.

FINRA and the sec are only here to protect large investors to become richer. This rule change and the fact that the sec approved a futures but not spot etf, enabling shorts is proof of that. This is why crypto is so important. It takes the power away from these corrupt officials and gives it back to the individual.
