Its our money we should be able to chose how we invest it.

This is Ill advised and only serves to limit options and continues to dumb down legitimate strategies individual investors can use while preserving them only for the connected and wealthy.

This is Very hard money for me just like alot of others. I can't afford to lose any of it!!!

These regulations will hurt everyone that is not already very wealthy. Don't put roadblocks to our upward mobility from preventing me from choosing how I invest my own funds.

I think FINRA SHOULD continue to allow leveraged and inverse funds. This allows investors to gain access to bullish or bearish positions WITHOUT having to get into much more complex investment choices, such as options.

I fully agree with having a right to invest in what I want too.

This is troublesome. Privatizing public investment resources is not a reasonable measure. There is literally no precedence in place to support the proposal, much less to enact it. Steering anyone who wants to choose their own investment path, over to brokerage is evidence of foul play among the elite. This wont go well, not will it hold up in the legal process.

What gives u the right to determine who and who can't invest, and what they can & can't invest in. This is the USA. Home of the free. The freedom to spend our hard earned money in any manor we see fit. U already determine how much money I can invest per year, based on my income. U have no clue how much my bills are, or how much extra money I have after all my bills are paid, and all your [REDACTED] taxes are taken from me. This is MY money, MY time taken away from MY family, to make extra money to invest and create a better life for my kids and grandkids.
