Paul Titzer Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

I am against any more restrictions to my ability to trade leveraged securities. I have been fully informed of the risks involved by my broker Fidelity in these products and had to sign and submit a document stating so to Fidelity. I am fully capable of making informed decisions on my own without any further government or regulatory restrictions such as passing a written test or proving my net worth. We do not need any more government interference regarding leveraged or inverse securities.

Richard Mourglia Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

I, not regulators, should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. I shouldn't have to go through any special process, like passing a test before I can invest in public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds. Leveraged and inverse funds are important investment strategies for various reasons, including to help protect (hedge) investments or seek enhanced returns when used as a limited part of an overall portfolio.

Robert Elliott Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

All the rich people will still be allowed to borrow money to build their real estate complexes, while us small people will be restricted. How is a 2x leveraged fund different than buying on margin. A little, but often not much and sometimes much more cost effective. Someone else will benefit from this. I know this proposed restriction on me is not for my benefit lol. I suggest you look at the losses of some of the ark funds, or zoom this past year before deciding leveraged funds must be denied to ordinary people.

Mark Gundic Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

I not regulators ,should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. I shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before I can invest in public securities. I am capable of understanding my investments and their risks. I do not need these measures imposed on me.
