All your regulations really do is protect the good old boys club of those who are already wealthy and connected. The only ones being fooled here by crypto regulations is yourselves, we know what the status quoe is.

Leveraged and inverse funds are not hard to understand, even for the average investor like myself. We live in a country that is supposed to allow us freedom of choice. I choose what to invest in, good or bad, right or wrong. The current notifications provided by the brokerages as to the inherent market risks associated with these type of investments are sufficient to make an informed choice without further regulatory actions which would impinge upon an individuals right to choose and act promptly in ones own behalf.

You absolutely have NO RIGHT to do this to your constituents.

Hello, I wanted to iterate just how important blockchain technology is for everyone, not just the small investors. It is indubitable that crypto is the future of finance. I just hope that regulators are educated before making an rash decisions, because then the U.S. will be left even further behind in the new age of finance. For EVERYONEs benefit, for the love God, dont try to implement a CBDC.

Please do not make it difficult or impossible for me to invest my money as I see fit. Leveraged funds are an important part of my investment strategy and are helping me to grow wealth. Limiting my investments is only a way to make sure that wealth creation is an activity that is only available to those who are already wealthy. This is a totally unfair regulation!

I have traded leveraged investments for over 10 years and understand the risk involved - and with today's volatile markets it enables me to better control potential wild market swings without risking a large amount of capital..

I am against the proposal to limit individual investors access to leveraged investments. Their use is an important part of my investment plan to take advantage of short term opportunities in the market.
