I don't want or need my financial decions restricted by any govenment or administration. I want the freedom to make my own investment decisions.

It is my preference to invest as I choose. Limiting rights to invest in various investment vehicles made available only to a select few is un-American. Current rules regarding being or not being accredited investors are sufficient to protect investors without new restrictions being added as you are proposing. Please resist the urge to do so; especially if the restrictions you are choosing to add do not impose restrictions on you that you would now be imposing on others. Richard Robinson

You not regulators should be able to choose the public investments that are right for you and your family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.

However, I am strongly against the limiting of access and onerous processes that an investor would experience while investing their funds. I am an educated and fully understand the risks of these investments. I have been very successful in growing my wealth and limiting the risks by using these vehicles. I strongly oppose my right to invest. I oppose having to pass a regulator-imposed test of your specialized investment knowledge. I oppose having to demonstrate a high net worth in order to invest. I oppose getting special approval from a broker.

I am a small investors who does all research about investments I want to make. Crypto type investments are of interest to me and I want to decide whether to make these types of investments. I do NOT believe there is a need for restrictions - I can do my own research.
