Invest-in my $$$$$$ "Wisely";Its Not ur $$$$$$$;its my $$$$$$

I oppose to the restricting of what I can or cannot invest in with my hard earned money. I manage my own retirement accounts and have done well with leveraging positive and negative ETFs. Sometimes to a 4 to 6 times increase. I am well aware of the risks I take and I shouldn't be limited based on my net worth or lack of "formal" education.

Please allow to invest in pro shares leveraged funds

I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for you and your family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. I shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before you can invest in public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds. I am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks. I do not need these measures imposed on me. Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my investment strategies.

The leftist socialists Democratic party leadders needs to stay out of the American peoples personal life choices. The leftist socialists Democratic party leadders and even Republican leadders should not be able to invest into anything until they themselves are no longer holding a government office.

Im more than capable of analyzing risk and choosing what investment opportunities to pursue. Government agencies should not restrict investment opportunities or make access to them more difficult through needless testing, cooling off periods, or be forced to explain my understanding of the investment and the associated risks.

Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my investment strategies. While I acknowledge the higher risks associated with these funds, it is my personal choice that I will take responsibility.

Hey, just wanted to let you know that I think this regulation is a great idea and should be adopted. Im concerned about predatory "advisors" and other bad actors selling confusing products to people who arent equipped to understand them and appreciate the govenmemt stepping in here. Please do impliment this rule.

Any lawful citizen should be able to choose any public investments such as investing in cryptocurrency funds that's suitable for his/herself and/or family without going through any special process

Regulating plans such as pensions and retirement plans (401k, 403b, etc), where the saver/investor has little to no input on how the fiduciary treats their money is wise.

REMOVING ACCESS TO VALUABLE INVESTMENT TOOLS FOR THE INDIVUAL INVESTOR, MAKING THEIR OWN DECISIONS, IS NOT.

Please do not make it harder for me and my family to invest our assets in a way that meets our needs!
