Your misguided, it hurts investors, it is arbitrary and plainly does not work. Stay out of investors way and stop with the Nanny State mentality!

As a small investor who manages my own portfolio, I strongly oppose the proposed regulations which would encumber or prohibit the use of leveraged and inverse ETFs by small investors. I have found these products to be quite useful in managing my portfolio, and I feel strongly that the existing risk-disclosure requirements are more than sufficient to protect small investors.
Regulating what I choose to invest in is not the choice of the government or it's regulators. I completely understand the risk of the investments I choose to invest in for my continued growth and wealth in the markets. Public investments should be available to all of the public not just the privileged few. Going through a special process and testing in order to freely invest into the markets is absolutely taking away my freedoms as a tax paying citizen especially when I know what is best for my family and I am capable of understanding the risk in the market's on my own.
I OPPOSE RESTRICTIONS TO MY RIGHT TO INVEST in cryptocurrency, BITO.
This rule would seriously prevent me from being able to retire. It is bad enough that inflation is so high due to government policies making it a stretch to be able to retire at all.
Low cost leverage ETF can be a critical building block of risk controls for retail investors. Taking away leverage ETF would only limit the ability of retail investors to control their risk.
I dont think its fair that if you come from wealth you are granted rights that someone like me (who happens to make life changing money)in crypto ) doesnt great the same rights! We live in [REDACTED]
I would like the freedom to invest as I see fit for my family. Please dont regulate inverse ETFs.
Please stop restricting the retail investors options even further. This reeks of changing the game because some people are upset the playing field has leveled a bit, which is certainly has not.
Instead of creating new regulations that impact individual investors you should focus on making investor education easily accessible. Having a digital library full of the information you want us to know that is easily accessible and having brokers include a link to it within their platforms should be more than sufficient for anyone who wants to learn.
