It is really important that everyone is able to invest freely with low barriers to entry in order to decrease the wealth gap.

This is dumb, if I want to invest in leveraged funds, I shouldn't have to be rich or pass a test. Stop looking for problems that don't exist. I can easily lose all my money buying individual stocks or options just as easy.

Reducing the pool of potential investors does not sound to me like a plan to make investing easier or better. These restrictions also don't seem like steps to make the markets more efficient - the proposed rule sounds like a way to make the markets way less efficient. Anyone should be able to buy - or to sell - these holdings.

Should have the right to choose what public investments I wish to invest in.

I am opposed to the proposed FINRA action (Notice #22-08) limiting my ability to utilize leveraged and inverse in my overall portfolio investments.

I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family.

Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.

I understand leveraged and inverse funds and their risks and I do not need these measures imposed on me.

Stop trying to regulate Freedom. A citizen has every right to use their resources as they best see fit. Just make the situations transparent and honest. Thankyou

I have been investing for many years. I wish to choose the investments of my preference without any special process. I understand the risks of investing and do not need regulators and restrictions.

Stop all the government control.
