I oppose to my right to invest.
This proposed regulatory statute is draconian, and unnecessary. Crypto currencies pose far more risk to the uninitiated investor, and they should not be regulated either.
Peace and long life,

Currently, I invest in TQQQ and a bond ETF. I take advantage of TQQQ's volatility and sell a portion of my holding when it goes up more than 9% in a CY quarter (moving dollars into my bond ETF) and and buy TQQQ when it goes down (sell portion of my bond ETF to do so). I do this trade just 4 times a year (at the end of each quarter). This type of trading has allowed me to significantly increase the size of my retirement fund and I know will be able to retire comfortably as a result. I do not speculate but simply observe when it is up and sell and buy when it is down. Very simple.
I understand you wish to regulate / restrict what I can invest in.
I would rather choose what to invest than to have someone else say no.
Please do not restrict my investing options.
I should be able to choose the public
investments that are right for me and my family.
Public investments should be available to all of the public,
not just the privileged.
I shouldn't have to go through any special process
like passing a test before I can invest in public securities,
like leveraged and inverse funds. I am
capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds
and their risks. I do not
need these measures imposed on me.
People need the freedom to choose there own investments. Stop trying to take that freedom
Im a financial professional who understands the risks involved. People with no background in investments should go through a course to understand these risks with an inverse and leveraged fund. People with securities licenses have taken enough tests.
You have no right to say who can and can't invest. What, the people in D.C. not making enough money. They afraid someone will make a little money!
