Richard Robinson Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

It is my preference to invest as I choose. Limiting rights to invest in various investment vehicles made available only to a select few is un-American. Current rules regarding being or not being accredited investors are sufficient to protect investors without new restrictions being added as you are proposing. Please resist the urge to do so; especially if the restrictions you are choosing to add do not impose restrictions on you that you would now be imposing on others. Richard Robinson

Comments:I am an investment professional and I am an individual investor. I encourage full disclosure of the function, structure and behavior of leveraged and inverse products. However, I am strongly against the limiting of access and onerous processes that an investor would experience while investing their funds. I am an educated and fully understand the risks of these investments. I have been very successful in growing my wealth and limiting the risks by using these vehicles. Please press for full disclosure. Do not limit access to these investment vehicles.

It is invaluable that you continue to allow access to asset trading of crypto currency futures etfs and frankly any asset available to professional traders. By restricting trading of these assets to high net worth individuals you continue to promote a society where the wealthy have more opportunities for wealth growth than the average person. You may deem that it's better for average investors to stick to balanced portfolios of traditional assets, but disallowing investment in crypto currency would be equivalent to preventing investment in tech companies 30 years ago.
