Todd Hadrman Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

There are many ways to design a portfolio as one tries to balance growth and risk. One method is to create a low volatility portfolio and use leverage to achieve the desired growth rate. There are many ways to achieve leverage in a portfolio such as margin, options, and futures. Leveraged ETF's provide another mechanism to leverage a portfolio that is much simpler and potentially cheaper than these other methods. Please preserve my ability to use these leveraged ETF's in my portfolio.

John Nugent Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

After 50 years of investing including the use of leveraged and inverse funds; I believe I have the right as well as the responsibility to control my own investments. I do not need or want measures inacted that would only impair my investing. I use inverse funds to stabilize my portfolio and to offset some of my long position. I started trading these funds when I was young. That's how I learned. Don't take this adventure away from other investors.

Leveraged funds are excellent vehicles to maximize returns on invested capital, it is my money.FINRA should focus on selling orders of brokers customers to the frontrunners , market makers , scalpers & fast traders firms. I do not feel I need any special process of passing a qualifying test to be able to invest in these instruments, some Option strategies are even a lot riskier than these funds. I am opposed to have any regulatory measure imposed on me. AFTER ALL IT IS MY MONEY&NO NEED FOR REGULATORS TO GUARD IT OR SHAPAROON ME.
