I (not regulators) should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. I shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before I can invest in public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds. I am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks. I do not need these measures imposed on me. Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my investment strategies.

This is a ridiculous proposal, Meant to allow the rich to get richer and poor stay poorer. There is no reason for this.

The World Economy is based on Free Market and Capitalism. Every individual has the RIGHT to invest their money as they see appropriate. It is LONG past time to stop wealthy individuals and mega Corporations from total control of ALL wealth and power. These greedy power hungry entities need to be Regulated not average People. The People of The Free World will not tolerate suppression of their right to individual freedom of choice.

I should have a right to make my own decissions. There already is to much government interference with the channels of distribution in other areas. I think whta you are doing is against free speech Next your gona want to tell me where I can live and if I can have a car

I encourage you not to restrict my freedoms to trade investment securities. The United States of America achieved it's greatness because of its freedoms and limited government regulation, please do not interfere with our freedoms.

I should be able to decide what's best for me and my family. I have two college degrees and am very capable of deciding what and what not to invest in. I read various financial newsletters regularly. Some I agree with and some I dont. I am best qualified, after years of research, to invest my own money. I am more concerned about my finances than any advisor.

This is absurd and unwarranted. Why would this only be available to the privileged? If this passes I will most likely pull out of the market entirely.

I oppose further regulation bills because these securities help me to spread out my risks in the overall economy.

This is WRONG! -- PERIOD! There is NO LEGITIMATE purpose for this. Let's face it and not beat around the bush, you simply do this SOLELY because you don't want the people to become wealthy and thus more independent and powerful than the criminals in positions of power who want to rule over the people.
