Scott McPherson Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

I Oppose restrictions to my right to invest. And I should have the right to invest in leveraged and inverse funds just like the big wall street firms, hedge funds, etc. I am fully capable of understanding the risks and do not need to be tested or have additional barriers placed in front of me to proof to a regulator that I know what is best for my portfolio. This is too much oversight and I don't wish for my tax dollars to be used for new regulation on this matter. thank you for hearing my opinions.

Martin Simpson Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

I really like the ability to hedge my portfolio and even though i often lose it is reassuring to at least have the option it would be a real disappointment if it were taking away from me. in fact you want to talk about the ability to buy pre post market is wonderful regular options have liquidity issues that really hurt the little guy. I might just cash in and invest in other things if that security options of Pro shares are taken away from our accounts. thanks Martin Simpson
