Chase Lovgren Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

Restricting retail investors' access to complex financial products reproduces an elite class of investors who can play by different rules than the average Joe. The proposed regulations seek to means-test and require convoluted checks which inherently restrict access to and mitigate the accessibility of smaller investors like myself to financial products that are an integral part of my personal investment strategy. Leveraged funds allow me to pursue aggressive, enhanced returns and I as an informed investor am well-aware of the risks that accompany them.

Kelli King Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

I not regulators should be able to choose the public
investments that are right for myself and family.
Public investments should be available to all of the public,
not just the privileged.

Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my
investment strategies. because they help me
protect (hedge) my investments or seek enhanced returns, and I use them as a limited part of your overall portfolio.
