Rosalie Kotrba Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

REGULATORS:
I not regulators should be able to choose the public
investments that are right for me and my family.
Public investments should be available to all of the public,
not just the privileged.

I shouldn't have to go through any special process
like passing a test before you can invest in public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds. I am
capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds
and their risks. I do not need these measures imposed on me.

Neal Elasky Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

It has come to my attention that regulators are considering limiting access to leveraged and inverse funds without meeting certain restrictions. While I understand the concerns that regulators may have in wanting to protect the investing public from themselves, I believe regulating this space would be an unwanted and unnecessary intrusion into peoples private investing decisions. One could argue that these types of funds carry no more risk than investing in many volatile stocks in the Russell or Nasdaq.

Colin OBrien Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

America is founded on the principal of education and independence. As an investor, I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.

I should not have to go through any process or take a test before investing in any security. As long as we have regulations that financial firms disclose any potential risks and outline what the securities are, investors such as myself will be able to make appropriate choices.
