Tyler Pansing Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08
The United States has always been the land of opportunity; "if you can make it here, you can make it anywhere." I strongly believe that America offers a very unique circumstance for the common man to lift himself up by his bootstraps and become the king of his domain and obtain the kind of wealth that can set a man for life and even change his family tree. Institutions are created by the "haves" to keep the "have-nots" out. The emergence of "un-regulated markets" (i.e. bitcoin), has proven that old ways of thinking can suppress next generational wealth.

I oppose limitations on my investments and can manage complex products just fine. This is Government over reach
Chase Lovgren Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08
Restricting retail investors' access to complex financial products reproduces an elite class of investors who can play by different rules than the average Joe. The proposed regulations seek to means-test and require convoluted checks which inherently restrict access to and mitigate the accessibility of smaller investors like myself to financial products that are an integral part of my personal investment strategy. Leveraged funds allow me to pursue aggressive, enhanced returns and I as an informed investor am well-aware of the risks that accompany them.

This is already a lot of financial products that are only available to ultra-rich and wealthy investors (Eg: IPOs). I hope the recommended changes on Leveraged and Inverse funds are not executed. We need more such tools for "regular" investors. Thank you !!

we should be able to choose the public investments that are right for you and your family.
Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.
Evan Kapp Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08
Restricting my choices to invest in public ETFs etc. is unfair. Positioning size and risk are in the hands of the consumer. These depend on market conditions, which are constantly poorly interpreted by major banks and large investment firms, the Fed, and the Treasury who should not be using their power and leverage to limit access to securities during very difficult and volatile times.
