Peter Horadan Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

Please do not make changes to my ability to invest in instruments like QQQ, TQQQ, and SQQQ.

These strategies are very useful. It's wonderful to be able to use them as an ordinary investor, instead of having these instruments be available only to institutions.

I understand how the securities work and have never had a problem using them. I don't need to be "protected" by making them unavailable to individual investors like me.

Thank you for listening.

Angela Youtsey Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

I oppose FINRA's proposed rule #22-08. My ability to invest the finances of my family should not be left up to the discretion of government or regulators. The ability to invest in public securities should not be withheld from the general public not should we be required to pass a test to invest our own finances. We take a known, and sometimes unknown, risk when we invest our finances and I implore FINRA to reconsider this proposed rule that would place hurdles to investing in front of ordinary citizens.

Joel Edwards Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

I believe it is overly restrictive for the FINRA to prohibit or control the products investors choose to use for their own benefit. Leveraged products allow individuals to participate in investment strategies that give opportunities that before creation were only available to the rich investors and therefore without these options small retail investors are at a disadvantage. As one example, as an investor with a small portfolio I cannot "short sale" the market without a leveraged inverse product.

Chevas Mingo Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

I should be able to choose the public
investments that are right for me and my family.
Public investments should be available to all of the public,
not just the privileged.
I shouldn't have to go through any special process
like passing a test before you can invest in public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds.
I am fully capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks. I do not
need these measures imposed on you.
