I would like the option of having all financial tools available to me in order to make the best possible decisions regarding my financial well being. This includes being able to use leveraged and inverse funds

I believe that it is my right to invest in what I want, when I want. This is a free market and making some investments only for certain people and not others is the opposite of a free market. When people invest, they should know the risks as well as know what they are doing or else they shouldn't be in the market at all.

Dear Regulators, I am well able to make my own financial decisions without your interference. I do not want any additional government regulation of leveraged ETF's. I use select leveraged ETF's to hedge my standard investment accounts. Leave these investments vehicles as they are.

Please do not regulate leveraged ETF's. As a retail investor i would like the opportunity to invest in such instruments.

being able to inverse into leveraged and inverse fund actually helps me limit my risk as I can more easily hedge other position that I have (or have not) in the market.

I am against government regulation limiting me on investment options. Using leveraged and inverse funds helps me diversify and created a hedge for my portfolio. Biden and has administration continue to ruin our economy and take away our rights. Speaking for myself and many people I know, we've had enough of this current government administration making poor decisions.

I oppose further regulation on my right to invest my money as I see fit. I am an adult and able to make my own choices, I do not need the government looking over my shoulder or making such decisions for me. I oppose any government resrictions on my rights.

Still want to invest leveraged fund myself. It should be still open to public investors

I am capable of choosing my own direction when buying any type of stock or funds I do not feel that it is right to limit anyone from their investment choices
