I'm opposed to any restrictions on opportunities to invest. I value the freedom to access a broad range of investment products that help me build better portfolios.
Do not limit our abilities to make investments. It's our rights as United States citizens.
I use leveraged and inverse funds routinely, in order to help balance my portfolios, and hedge positions when appropriate.
I consider availability of the these funds crucial to my investment strategies, and my portfolios.
Therefore, I urge you to allow these instruments to remain free for the public to invest in. Thank you very much for your consideration on this matter.
Free Market means free allowance for an unregulated and decentralized currency.
I need these tools, especially inverse funds, to adequately hedge my investment portfolio during extended market declines such as now. A well-diversified portfolio is not able to fully protect me at all times.
Leveraged and inverse funds have been an important part of our investment strategy for years. As an educated consumer we have the ability and right to make our own financial decisions. These options should not only be available to those who are already wealthy, accredited investors.
It's OUR money. I've worked 36 years to get what I have. Government should not interfere if I'm paying my taxes!!!
I am a long time investor. I make my own investment decisions and read materials provided before I make an investment. I do not want to be blocked from from complex investments and I oppose any limitations. AS long as material is available conveying about risks and fund composition, fees etc we should have freedom to make a decision on the investment.
I believe that I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just privileged individuals and families.
I understand leveraged funds and the risks. I see no need for tests before being able to invest in these funds, nor more measures to impede my options to invest.
I use these types of funds as a portion of my portfolio to assist in making a better return on my money.
Thank you for your consideration.
