Regarding Notice #22-08. As an investor I responsibly use leveraged ETFs as an investment strategy balancing different asset classes for long term growth. I'm well aware of the large fluctuations and it's a non-issue because I'm educated on the way the ETF works. It would be highly restrictive for the SEC or Finra to remove an option that individuals can and do use correctly as intended.

Please do not remove the ability for me to trade leveraged funds. I am aware of the risks involved and am willing to take those risks for the potential gains. I shouldn't have to pass a test or have a certain amount of money or go through any other process to be able to trade these funds. I do not need the government to tell me how to do my investing! Thank you.

I am fully aware of the risks I take with my investments. I do not need the Government to protect me from myself. DO NOT REMOVE 3X BULL/BEAR ETS's FROM THE INVESTMENT CHOICES!!!!

I oppose restrictions to my right to invest.

Dear FINRA -
I am in complete disagreement with FINRA's potential restrictions on "Complex Products." By undertaking these restrictions FINRA will be providing and enabling the "Wall Street" investment banks a better opportunity to take advantage of investors. This products provide investors the opportunity to hedge investment positions. Investments and investing strategies should not be limited to "Wall Street" banks.

I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family, NOT regulators. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.

I shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before I can invest in public securities.

I use leveraged and inverse funds to diversify my portfolio in ways that order public investments don't offer and the returns have helped me invest in other things contributing to my community's wealth growth.

It will be totally unfair and extremely biased to regulate investors on how and where they choose to invest. My brokerage already issues warnings before investing in certain funds so your interference is unnecessary. I'm not a licensed investor but I am seasoned and investing assists me in building my retirement nest egg and also setting my daughter up for the future. It is my right to invest and gain/lose my own money as long as I've been warned up front.

To whom it may concern at FINRA,
Please do not limit small investors right and ability to invest in products that can help them during market fluctuations - like the last 18 months. Too many things in this country have already been closed off to all but the rich and privileged.
