Kianna Moore Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

Keep your hands off of our crypto wallets! We refrain from the need to regulate how we invest our own money. Mind your business and manage your own home funds how you please and we will continue to do the same, without any of you meddling in our family affairs. We have and deserve to continue to have the right to FREELY manage the growth and expansion of OUR WEALTH just as we please. So retract any and all of this nonsense immediately. Thank you!

Vinod Mandre Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

Comments: I believe that access to leveraged and inverse funds has helped me hedge my portfolio. Without these products my portfolio would slide to zero. Do not make any changes in this volatile environment. There is no need to enhance any rules.

Do not restrict or disqualify my right to trade these products.

The purpose is short term active hedging.

Brokerage firms provide sufficient disclosure.

Do not change liquidity or margin requirements either.

In short keep everything the same.

Thanks

Sumit Jamadar Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

I oppose restrictions on my right to invest in public investments. I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.

I shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before to invest in public securities, like leveraged funds. I am capable of understanding the leveraged and inverse funds and their risks. So I do not need any measures imposed on me.

Thanks You !
