Extension of Current Rate for Fees Paid Under Section 31 of the Exchange Act

Executive Summary

On February 27, 2015, the SEC announced that the Section 31 rate applicable to specified securities transactions on the exchanges and in the over-thecounter market will remain at the current rate of $18.40 per million dollars until September 30, 2015, or 60 days after the enactment of a regular fiscal year 2016 appropriation for the SEC, whichever is later.
