5140. Multiple MPIDs for Trade Reporting Facility Participants
This rule is no longer applicable. NASD Rule 5140 has been superseded by FINRA Rule 6160. Please consult the appropriate FINRA Rule.
For a pilot period ending on January 30, 2009, any Trade Reporting Facility Participant that wishes to use more than one Market Participant Symbol ("MPID") for purposes of reporting trades to a Trade Reporting Facility must submit a written request to, and obtain approval from, NASD Operations for such additional MPID(s).
