I have been investing for 48 years for my own account and am fully capable of understanding leveraged and inverse investment strategies and think that they are an important tool that I occasionally use and have used in my investment career. I do not believe that a person should be required to go through any special processing or testing before you are allowed to invest in these type of
I understand the risks of investing in leverage and inverse funds. Regulation has a place to protect investors, but measures like this would put individual investors like myself at a disadvantage. During the financial crisis of 2007-2008 I invested in long leveraged index funds and it has been one of my most successful investment decisions to date. I can say that my financial situation and
I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. Leveraged investments should be available to all the public not just the privileged. People understand the risks of investing in these ETFs.
I shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before I can invest in public securities like leveraged funds. I am capable of
I use leveraged and inverse funds to hedge current investments I have. So I use TBT to hedge my bond exposure in my 401k. I'm an investment professional and want access to these funds in my personal accounts. Thank you for your consideration.

No one needs this to be regulated.. some people would prefer not to use inverse funds rather than options.
Your job is not to protect us from these vehicles. I use inverse etfs and have for the last 15 years. They are a productive tool.
It is a persons own responsibility to know your own risks and not necessary to have a big brother. If a person is willing to take the risk of investing they
I oppose restrictions on my right to trade as I see fit. We are already vastly over-regulated, and the only interests you are trying to protect are your own.
Does nothing but hurt the small investors. Makes sense tho can't have people getting rich that are poor FINRA is nothing more then a cartel run by billionaire companies
I know what I do. I should have the freedom to trade the ETFs (LEVERAGED AND INVERSE FUNDS) which I through are suitable. These ETFs are very convenient and no investment barrier for the me.
If one day I lost such investment chances in US, I would move my money to other country which is more friendly to retail investors.
