Please do not restrict everyday investors from investing in so-called "complex" instruments.
Good evening,
Being able to invest in the products of my choice is extremely important to me and my family. Without inverse ETF products I wouldn't be able to hedge against long positions in our retirement accounts. The only way to manage risk would be to sell down long positions further increasing risk of abrupt market sell offs. Thank you for trusting Americans as individuals to manage
I'm a small investor and make about 40% to 50% of my capital gains using leveraged investments. I don't want that taken away from me and I don't need testing to see if I have the knowledge and ability to invest this way. I like being able to invest my way for me and family.

Don't take this away from me and other investors.
Please support a free market.
I have been doing my own investing for over fifty years, and for much of that time was frustrated by the restrictions placed on my retirement savings, especially the inability to buy individual stocks rather than mutual funds. Having finally escaped those regulations after retirement I do not want to be told that I am not sophisticated enough to use mutual funds and etf's if they are '
I OPPOSE RESTRICTIONS TO MY RIGHT TO INVEST ON LEVERAGED INVESTMENTS
I, not regulators, should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family.
Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.
