Good afternoon, I am not very educated in the stock market and rules governing the actions of parties. However, I know that Naked Shorting is likely illegal and it seems that this has been happening with this merger between MMAT and Torchlight (TRCH). It's also unfair that so much shorting activity can be done secretively. There should be requirements for cooperations shorting to declare
It is very easy for me to watch a "market maker" or Hedge fund manipulate a stock price to they're benefit by dumping "naked shorts..which are already "illegal" on stocks these funds hold positions in..They problem is is there is o penalties..They are committing fraud and if I did the same thing I would be put in prison..The fines imposed even of 70 million dollars
I support these regulations giving more data and transparency to keep manipulation of the stock market from occuring.

Do not restrict us from buying instruments such as ETFs.. These provide protection in down markets.. Govt please stay out of our stock business.
If govt want to block certain funds lets cancel the taxes on profits from by stocks.

Do not regulate what securities I can choose to trade in. I use TD Ameritrade because I want the freedom to invest in any stock that I want, period!!
I shouldnt have to take a test to use inverse funds, its not right when shorting a stock, using puts and calls are essentially equal in results.
The said investment vehicle is no worse than other penny stocks, which could move either way dramatically. As an investor, I know the reward and risk.
