The government does not have a role to play in setting barriers for entry for market participants, especially those based upon socioeconomic status.
I am surprised, based upon the current political environment where wealthy individuals reap the majority of the centralized benefits, that regulators would elect to further punish citizens not born into wealthy families.

I do not want my ability to invest restricted in any way in the TQQQ ETF. I have thoroughly reviewed the past performance of TQQQ and it's ability to track 3x to the NASDAQ 100. I researched and considered this over many months before investing. TQQQ is a key component of my equity mix to track the NASDAQ 100.

In regards to the proposed ban on trading the ProShares funds, which include "inverse" tracking indices, I would like to express my discontent with any regulation that limits my freedom in trading financial instruments. Public investments, including "invers funds", need to be available for the general public to trade, not just privileged people
Please do not restrict access the ability to invest in inverse ETFs. Its a critical part of my trading strategy
