Leveraged etfs offer the retail investor opportunities to take positions, both long and short, that in the past were only available to large asset managers. Comments: A leveraged ETF provides an investor to multiply capital short term without the use of margin. I agree it is not for every investor or everyday use. But removing the option limits participation which is wrong.
