a seasoned investor with financial means should have the right to freely access the entirety of the public securities markets without arbitrary restrictions...my freedoms should not be restricted by finra or any other regulatory body...
I want to invest my money in what I feel the best place is for it. I dont want to barred as an individual from investments that a privileged few in the financial industry would still have access to.

Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my investment strategies. I am capable of understanding leveraged securities and inverse funds and their risks and I, not financial regulators, should be the one making my investment decisions.
Do not proceed with regulations for private investors! Leveraged and inverse funds are pivotal to my investing. I should retain the right to make my own financial decisions without extra steps or approval processes.
