The individual investor should be able to choose the public investments that are right for themselves and their family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. not regulators the regulators should stay out of how the public makes their trading decisions. Perhaps the regulators should look at Members of Congress that trade in insider information
Please do not limit my ability in any way to purchase the funds I choose to invest in. I should not have to prove my acumen in investing in securities, including leveraged funds, if that is what I deem is appropriate for my investment style and/or need.
Keep the market free. Each investor needs to do their own evaluation and pick their own stocks. The Government needs to stay out of this. The Government's job is let the market operate freely without special regulations as to who can invest.
