Charles Sympson Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08
I should be able to the invest in all public investments. It's the right of all investors voices to be heard. Do not put restrictions on me and other investors. I oppose these limitations.

I've been an individual investor since 1999, and this new rule called "Reproposal of Amendments to Rule 15c2-11", if that is the reproposal in question? Well it's blatantly discriminatory since it requires a certain net worth in order to quality for equal access to all investment options. That's also known as income discrimination. As such, I strongly disagree with this proposal.
I am a very average investor and have been using leveraged and inverse ETFs to enhance returns for over a decade.
I don't want to have to go through training or pass a test in order to trade these funds and find it insulting that FINRA thinks so little of the general public that we're incapable of understanding the benefits and risks of leveraged and inverse ETFs.
Why dont you go and regulate all the corruption in the governing industry? Leave the people alone and let them make some money for crying out loud sheesh! This just like the vape industry, the people get something that is good or better for them and you [REDACTED] step in and try and control it. Leave the people alone because there are more of us than there are of you! LOL!
In re FINRA Regulatory Notice #22-08:
I strongly disagree with any restrictions being put into place that would not allow myself and my household from being able to invest into leveraged funds. Investing in leveraged and inverse funds are taken after careful consideration and are used as a valuable investing tool. I should not be burdened with undertaking any additional special processes before being able to use these investing tools.
Please do not take my right to buy the funds and impose limitation on my investments. Let market be fair and balance for all and not for few!!!
My grandfater taught me how to invest to pay my way thru colledge. I have been very succcessful investing in the stock market especially QQQ & TQQQ ProShares. It has paid my way thru 3 years of school and I need it to continue. Let me invest the way I am used to.
I would like to know who you think you are? Investors should be free to invest their own money in anything that they want! Most investors are smarter than you! Do not foolishly restrict access to leveraged and inverse ETFs. Do not be another foolish, overbearing bureaucracy!
I strongly oppose limitation on my investments to buy the funds. Let market be fair to all!!!
"Complex products" are a valuable resource for investors for diversification of investment strategy and risk mitigation that should be available to all investors. The notice tries to draw parallels between option trading and "complex products", but there is a significant difference in the level of leverage and potential financial exposure between these investments. Investors should be given the opportunity to decide for themselves which publicly traded equities and ETFs they want to engage in without regulatory impediments.
