They should not have any day in how we run our life
I oppose Restrictions to my "Right To Invest".
1. I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me & my family. Not only privileged but every citizen have right to Public Investments.
2. Leveraged and inverse funds are very important to my investments as they help protect(hedge) my investments as well as seek better returns when used as a limited part of my investments.
The level of control over how the public is allowed to invest should NOT prevent us from being able to exercise our right to invest in opportunities which we may recognize that will enable us to profit from leveraging. The market is already designed to make it almost impossible for the small time players to get ahead, and it is imperative that we be allowed to invest in vehicles which may give the "little guy" a chance to reap the benefits of the massive transfer of wealth available during volatile times.
Please stop trying to regulate my life. I am perfectly capable of making my own decisions. Keep your nose out of my business.
Ive been investing in the TQQQ for the last 6 years. Ive never had an issues and am very upset that you want to take that away from me.
To whom it may concern,
Please allow me and my husband to continue buying and selling leveraged/inversed funds. We make hundreds/thousands of dollars monthly with the ProShares and Direxion Shares by selling/writing covered calls.
Thank you,
It is very important for me to have financial flexibility with my investments. I dont always think the S&P 500 will go up and I like the ability to invest in an inverse S&P 500 fund without needing to pick individual stocks to short. Please dont take away my investment flexibility.
I oppose restricting investing in complex products
I am totally opposed to ANY restrictions on my right to invest in public investments!
I do not believe you should limit leveraged funds to certain people, some of us are knowledgeable about the market and know how to use these tools but just aren't the elites of society yet. Eliminating my ability to use these funds would greatly hamper my personal investments gains. I am sorry if some people are not sophisticated enough to handle them.
