I ask you to not pass FINEA Reg #22-08 as I should be able to invest in a variety of securities without going through special tests. These inverse and leverage funds have always helped me to accelerate gains in my retirement account and without ability to do so threatens my ability to be ready for retirement. This is the main reason I use these types of funds, and I will be handicapped otherwise.

I totally against the regulation concerning purchases of crypto currency!

We the public, not regulators should be able to choose
the public investments that are right for ourselves and our family.
Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.

I have the right to share my views, but the regulators are required to take my comments into consideration in deciding whether to move forward.

The Founders did not create a paternal state when they broke ties with England. The formed a republic where individual rights under the law was the essential value, being also welded to individual responsibility. While I support laws that punish fraud, I also support the right of mentally competent adults to make their own decisions. I vigorously oppose any government body removing the "free from our freedoms to act in the market as we see fit. I also vigorously oppose any law that gives an advantage to certain investors who enjoy special privileges through government regulation.

Comments: A leveraged ETF provides an investor to multiply capital short term without the use of margin. I agree it is not for every investor or everyday use. But removing the option limits participation which is wrong.

Do not restrict my right as a citizen to invest in cryptocurrency.
