Alan Zhao Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

I believe it's each investors responsibility to understand risk of their investment and each institution to provide investment vehicle. It's regulators' responsibility to ensure investment institutions to disclose risk information properly so that individual investors understand the risk they are take. But it's wrong for the government to put regulation in place to limit/eliminate "regulator-perceived" risky assets. Doing so means intentionally creating "financial" injustice/unfair environment.

Robert Campbell Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

You should do more to educate people on our modern financial system instead of taking away their ability to invest how they see fit. It's not your concern how or why I invest my money. If Nancy Pelosi and other politicians can participate in stock market trades all while making laws that affect company stock price, then I should be able to decide how I want to invest my dollar.

Do you self a favour and mind your own business.

Reference FINRA notice to restrict trading opportunities. This is NOT Russia or China, this is the United States of America! Restricting investments that have been in the public for 10 years with no major problems is more than an overreach. It is uncalled for. Investors have already qualified for the ability to make our own decisions. Investors do not need more restrictions, we need more opportunities! Please get on our team!
