Anand K Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

I use leveraged products as part of my portfolio and I am well aware of the risks they carry. Leverage products such as UPRO and TQQQ can be used effectively as a component of a broader investment strategy and should not be restricted from public retail investors because some decide not to properly educate themselves on the risk they carry. It is important for individual citizens to have the choice to pick which financial products are appropriate for them based on their risk tolerance.

Thinh Le Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

I am writing to protest the planned FINRA regulatory notice #22-08 that would restrict my right to invest in leveraged and/or inverse ETF products. These types of investment products are not for everyone but they do serve an important role in hedging and investment strategies for experienced investors who understand and can managed the inherent risks. Furthermore, banning these investment products would unjustly devalue the private property of investors who currently hold these types of products in their portfolios.
