Jack Anderson Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

Dear FINRA,

Inverse ETFs are some of the best tools available to use in bear markets - and we are facing a doozy.

Leveraged ETFs provide a simple and easy way to make outsized investments without complicated and dangerous margin requirements.

Why exactly are you wanted to limit access to these products now? That's a sincere question.

Please do not take away my right to invest how I see fit in public securities.

Comments: -I do not think FINRA should propose limits that may restrict our access to L&I Funds or to disqualify us from trading L&I Funds or other "complex products". Regarding myself, I am an individual investor. I have good understanding of whole economy, market and fundamentals of equities and ETFs. I have MBA degree from Carnegie Mellon University business school. I have been extensively trading and investing stocks/options/ETFs/leveraged ETFs for the past decade, and I have full understanding of the L&I Funds or other "complex products".

Gentlemen: People that enter the investment market MUST understand that this is environment that can make money as well as lose money. If you are not an adult enough to understand this, you should not enter the market. Being an adult brings with it responsibilities. Adults do not need the Federal Government looking after them like children. Your regulations could not only prohibit adults for entering the free market, but it could severely hurt those that have already entered the market, by limiting their ability to trade.
