Thank you for letting me know your consideration of leveraged ETF. I am testing an investment strategy using leveraged ETF. According to my extensive simulation, the strategy itself does not represent higher risk. But short term wise, it can fluctuate a lot. The reward is better than the market average. Therefore, the risk/ reward ratio is low.

ETF of market does not have the risk of individual company. Leverage ETF has higher risk than the market ETF, acknowledged. Combining money management and timing, it can be profitable over the long haul.

Dear:
I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family.
I take a responsibility for my own decision not regulators.

The more restrictions are more problems.

I should be allowed to invest freely into projects that I see financially beneficial and not be locked out of the real gains because of some ridiculous rule that states I'm not eligible because I don't have enough money. That reasoning was forced into law to keep people from bettering their selves and goes against everything America was supposedly founded on. I will echo this as many audiences that will listen because the time has come for a real change. People are starting to realize how bad their rights are being abused and the time is coming and change will happen.

To whom it may concern. As an American citizen I should be able to make my own investment decisions without any interference from anyone. It is my right!

Leave our rights to purchase crypto alone...

Please stop cutting we the American people's right to provide for our retirement.
Social Security has been cut and we are taxed on it, too.
The current regime in the White House is doing everything to end our human Constitutioal rights at every turn. They are
trying to turn us into a Socialist country.
The measures being forced on us effect you too.

I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for you and your family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. I have a degree from Harvard and don't need to pass a test to invest in public securities. I utilize leveraged and inverse funds as an important yet carefully managed and small part of my portfolio.

I am alarmed and disturbed by the prospect of FINRA regulating investments by blocking or impeding investors' access to them.

Hedging and leveraging with exchange-traded funds are cornerstones of my personal investment strategy. I can't afford to and don't want to invest in the futures market directly, and I don't think options offer a good risk-reward profile. Financial instruments that use futures provide a vital service for people in my situation.

I use leveraged products as part of my portfolio and I am well aware of the risks they carry. Leverage products such as UPRO and TQQQ can be used effectively as a component of a broader investment strategy and should not be restricted from public retail investors because some decide not to properly educate themselves on the risk they carry. It is important for individual citizens to have the choice to pick which financial products are appropriate for them based on their risk tolerance.
