I have worked my entire life, paid my bills myself, and done without things I could not afford. I deserve to be able to direct my hard earned dollars (that you already tax too much) to the investments I choose.

It is nakedly clear that the only group you stand to protect is the establishment who have a vested interest in the traditional financial markets going up and to the right indefinitely. However, as the government inflates away the value of our savings the only people who stand to gain from impending crashes are the already wealthy. Your arbitrary barriers are clearly designed to favor the wealthy and guarantee that the small time investors savings are ground into dust by minuscule returns.

No regulator should tell me what I can or cannot invest in. Public investments are not a vehicle just for the privileged.
