These so-called complex investments should be available to everybody. If a losing bet like a lotto ticket or a casino is available to everybody, then TQQQ should be available to everybody. Leveraged ETFs are pretty simple to understand. 3 times the Nasdaq100s returns? Yes, please! Ultimately we should be free to use our money however we want when it comes to investing. Do the people at FINRA even understand TQQQ? Were in the trenches and theyre on the sidelines. We are all adults here, so please stop treating us like children.

Both I and my husband are individual investors and what we invest in and how much we invest is up to us as long as we are personally responsible for our own investments. To put the proposed regulations upon us is a great misplaced idea and an unacceptable proposal. I do not need to be told what to invest in or take a test to determine my investment knowledge because as an individual investor I take great care in determining which investments I wish to invest my funds into. That takes research, reading and learning about investments.

I would lose everything and just about anything I have invested in for quite some time and I know others that would be devastated just based on the years they have on even my investments in leverage and inverse trading I here by petition against on this regulation the risk can be viewed as plenty of regulation

I oppose discriminatory and restrictive regulations that would limit my ability to manage my investment decisions. That would create unfair playing field where only the wealthy have access to select funds.
