Restricting leveraged investment products to high net worth individuals only harms the retail investor. A retail investor can already access significant amounts of leverage through student loans and real estate, LETFs are no different. So long as the investment prospectus is clear, risk rightfully falls entirely on the investor.

On a personal level, restricting my ability to purchase leveraged investment products would force me to engage in far more complex, less tax efficient, higher risk strategies in order to attain similar exposure to the market.

I depend on leveraged ETFs for my retirement. Without these returns, I would not be able to earn enough to support myself in the coming years. I understand well the risk associated with these funds and have educated myself well enough to trade them. I very much oppose any limitations placed on mobility to do so by regulators and feel such actions would be unfair and discriminatory.

I, not regulators, should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged elites.

I shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before you can invest in public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds.

I am fully capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks. I do NOT need these regulatory measures imposed on me.

I work at an ocio and have the cfa. So coming from that background LETFs are not something that one stumbles into. There is enough info on the web that details the advantages and risks. Reddit LETFs, boggleheads forum, and portfolio visualizer have enough discussion of risks and advantages of these products. There is a lot of interest in these products from retail following the HFEA strategy upro/tmf. From what Ive seen in online discussions people are reasonable only allocating a small portion to the strategy or larger if they are younger and following life cycle investing strategy.

Leveraged ETF's and crypto ETN's are part of my broader strategy in hedging and incrementally fine tuning my use of leverage. Retail investors and traders like myself accept the risk that come with leveraged ETF's, and it's not up to regulators to decide how much risk retail investors should take. Retail investors are capable of understanding the risks associated with leveraged assets, and don't require patronizing regulations that require a "test" or any other "gatekeeping" regulations.

Dear FINRA Regulatory panel,
Herewith I want to let you know I Veto any restrictions in regards to trading any kind of assets in the public domain with any company offering inverse funds, high yield bond funds or any other offered funds of any kind.
I am well aware in regards to fund or stock trading for more then 20 years.
I belief it should be to the choice of an individual how, when, what to trade as long as it is nothing illegal.
