John Phillips Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

With respect, I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family.
Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. I shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before I can invest in public securities like leveraged and inverse funds. I am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks as should anyone participating in the market. As such, I do not need these measures imposed on me.

Jim Sertich Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

This is absolutely ridiculous. This comes up every 3 or 4 years. Want to absolutely crash the markets and decimate jobs at pro shares and America? Heinous proposition. The volume on some of these ETFs is huge, they provide massive liquidity to markets. Only allowing high net worth individuals to invest? Sickening. The rich get richer while the worse off cant participate. Please dont do this.
