Pure [REDACTED] and you know it. It's almost impossible to compete investment-wise against these market makers and investment gurus without some form of leverage which these funds provide. Go elsewhere and roil it up!
I oppose any limitation to invest in these funds.
I strongly oppose restrictions to my right to invest. Please do not impose any restrictions and do not hurt peoples investments by imposing restrictions. This is not right and is unfair.
I am opposed to government regulators restricting individual financial accounts! It would change the dynamics of a free and open market economy! For instance, the ETF symbols, BOIL & KOLD, have a boom and bust historical market cycle. The NATURAL GAS traders can swing the market prices wildly and that is how markets operate. I believe president Biden and his administration will bear down on these market prices and bring the overall cost down for the upcoming mid-term election. High natural gas prices hurt all Americans.
These regulations sound like they are trying to keep people out to benefit a few and cause barriers to entry rather than educate/protect new investors in many of the markets described.
I oppose restrictions to my right to invest in all public investements.
I believe that restricting access to these investments what hurt far more people than just allowing the risk to be there. I believe the majority of investors understand that funds that offer higher returns come with higher risk. It is already made clear in the prospectuses of every fund. Please let us make our own decisions. Many of us have been in these funds for years and they are an important part of our financial planning. Please don't cause a worse harm by disallowing access to them.
Leveraged and inverse funds should be available to anyone looking to make investments without restriction. The risks associated with such products are not uniquely difficult to understand and they enable a wide array of hedging strategies for individual investors at all levels of risk tolerance. Making these products more difficult to obtain would be a great disservice to individual investors.
Please allow investors to make their own choices when it comes to risks they take. Regulating these funds will not significantly impact market stability, there is no reason to do it.
