Please do not remove this privilege from investors
Markets move quickly and have become more volatile than ever. I believe its critical that investors retain the ability to quickly and cost effectively invest in interest rate moves, stock market and volatility moves. This cannot be a right reserved only for rich "qualified investors". This should be the right of every investor. Thank you.
I disagree with additional regulations affecting or limiting investor freedom to invest in leveraged and/or inverse securities in a timely manner. Rather investor caution can be increased at the time of transaction including examples and contango effect to increase investor awareness of the unique risks of leveraged/inverse securities.
I oppose restrictions on my right to invest. Its my money after taxes and it is our right and decision to in invest in public funds. Whatever type of funds they might be. I have been investing for many years. I prefer to invest in funds with basket of different stocks in the fund rather than in an individual stocks. In my opinion, investing in individual stocks is very risky.
This is a bureaucratic overreach. Especially a high net worth requirement, which stinks of the rich getting richer while the average investor has his hands tied.
The leveraged funds are the great funds for normal (not advanced) retail investors to use the advanced financial tools without the use of option and future which can risk most of retail investors.
I am really excited to have the leveraged funds in a free form. This is essential for my long-term investment portfolio.
I only use leveraged and inverse funds sparingly and understand how they fit in my portfolio. I do not think you need to regulate these types of funds.
I am a high net worth investor with a masters degree and should have the right to choose my investments. You should not be choosing them for me. I am aware of the risk associated with leveraged and inverse funds and choose to use them as hedges in my portfolio.
Hello! Im writing to you regarding your decision to regulate leveraged etfs. And possibly other investment options. I not regulators should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. It seems the government allows rules for the rich. that are different from the rest of us. I grow tired of the government claiming that more regulation is for my protection.
