Let me invest my money the way I see fit. Its MY money, not theirs!

I am in control of my own investments and future. I should be able to take risks I deem appropriate based on my own information and do not want regulators limiting my options. This is an unfair practice and the common investor should have the right to make their own decisions on how they invest.

Please do not restrict the leveraged products. I trade them to supplement my income.

The options for rich people to invest are already significantly more than everyone else, why would we restrict one more option. I understand what I'm doing in leveraged asset classes and the risks they contain.

I find it absolutely atrocious that regulators of a free and fair market would make it law/policy to tell Americans how they can and cannot invest. Im asking you not to create an even larger wealth gap between large investors and the every day Americans. We should all have the same investment choices.

Stay [REDACTED] out of the free market and look to regulate things that come under your review...like insider trading, not small investors like me...

I am vehemently opposed to regulators restricting my ability to invest in leveraged and inverse funds. I have been using such funds for close to two decades -- they are an essential part of my investing approach, allowing me to preserve capital in down markets by investing in leveraged funds using less cash for the same amount of "firepower." Restricting my ability to invest in such funds will therefore increase my risk by making me commit a larger portion of my capital for the same exposure to the market.

why should i not be able to invest in inverse funds.its my money and it should not reserved for the rich

I oppose this proposed rule change. It restricts the freedom of retail investors to advance their finances while allowing high net worth individuals to take advantage of more leverage. Everyone should have the same financial tools available.
